Michael Fields Band

Michael Fields-Bassist Michael Anthony Fields, Jr. has emerged on to the music scene with his smooth and exhilarating bass playing exciting audiences through the region. He made his mark on the smooth jazz world with his incredible remake of Frankie Beverly & Maze’s Can’t Get Over You. Once a member of the smooth jazz band Soultry Sound, Michael has embarked on his musical journey and has taken it to a level beyond his own imagination. The North Carolina Native has been inspired tremendously by the music of the late great Wayman Tisdale, and as he continues his solo career Michael Fields Jr will definitely become a name that you won’t forget!

Starr Fisher

“Live, laugh, and love but you must sing out if you want to be heard.”

Former Miss Black Oklahoma, Starr Fisher was only 15 years old when she became the premiere vocalist with Tulsa’s mainstay Jazz Fusion band ‘Earl Clark and Spectrum.’ It wasn’t long after that she stepped in as lead vocalist for The Wallstreet Band where she spent the next four years developing her musical prowess.

After starting her own band her career hit a new high as she was asked to headline her own show on the Vegas strip. In 2010 She stepped to the mic as lead vocalist at B.B. King’s Blues Club inside the MGM Mirage to rave reviews.

In 2012 her name was attached to another legend when Starr was invited by the International Tina Turner Fan Club to the Tina Turner Heritage Days Festival in Brownsville/Nutbush Tennessee (Tina’s hometown) to headline the annual festival. Starr’s sexy and electrifying performance not only wowed the crowd, it garnered her title of “#1 Tina Turner Tribute Act” by the International Tina Turner Fan Club and the Global Tina Turner Fan Club.
B.B. King and Tina Turner are only the tip of the iceberg. Throughout her career, Starr has collaborated with and/or shared the stage with many of the industry’s bests, including: multiple Grammy winner and CHICAGO lead vocalist Bill Champlin (composer of “After the Love” for Earth, Wind and Fire” and ‘Turn your love around’ for George Benson,) chart-toppers Vince Gill; Miley Cyrus; singer/songwriter R.L. of multi-platinum R&B group Next; legends Al Green; The O’Jays, Midnight Starr, Atlantic Starr, Patti LaBelle, and the late Wayman Tisdale. She also had the privilege to sing background vocals for R&B Diva Syleena Johnson during her “Couples Therapy” tour.
2017 was another milestone for Starr as she celebrated 20 years being apart of Tulsa’s Utica Square’s Summers Fifth Night concert series.
