Scenic views of Oklahoma’s famous Post Oak Trees, Downtown Tulsa’s Skyline, wildlife and fish-stocked pond help to create the perfect setting for your wedding reception at Post Oak Lodge. Our beautiful setting feels worlds apart from the city, yet it is just a 15-minute ride from the Tulsa Airport. Our function rooms includes: the spacious Great Room, Dining Room and Evergreen Room—our pond is ideal for a summer, out-door wedding. Our detail-oriented staff will be sure to accommodate you in all of your needs and wishes.
Your wedding reception will be held in our enchanting Great Room with a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace as well as our open Dining Room.
During your reception, our Executive Chef will create a spectacular buffet or delicious spread of heavy hors d’ oeuvres. Our service staff will cut and serve your cake in addition to providing your guests with our wedding punch.
A 12x12 dance floor will be set-up in the ultimate location – the center of our Great Room.
Your wedding package also includes the following:

- Gift and guest book tables
- Use of our linens, china, and flatware.

The Oklahoma State Liquor Commission regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Therefore no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Post Oak Lodge Main Lodge or any Post Oak Lodge public areas for any purpose.
All catering is provided by Post Oak Lodge with the exception of wedding cakes and other specialty wedding reception desserts.
All contracted weddings and receptions must include a minimum of 36 booked rooms for overnight stays at Post Oak Lodge. These rooms can be used over the weekend of the wedding reception, not just the evening of. If your group would like an 18- room Executive Lodge, in conjunction with the event, the cost is $1600.00 a night.
This is to be prepaid with the required deposit and signed contract or paid within 30 days of submitting the signed contract and required deposit. These overnight rooms will be ideal for the out of town guests and wedding party!
Any destruction to Post Oak Lodge property before, during or after the wedding reception by anyone associated with the wedding reception will be billed to the Master/Direct Bill.
The Sales Manager will assist you with the selection of your reception menu and room set-up. We can offer recommendations for music, florists, photographers, and bakeries. We will be happy to assist you in coordinating your needs with the hired vendors. Also, a Wedding Coordinator can be suggested if you need someone to coordinate all of the event details of your important day. If you do not have a wedding planner, we ask that you have someone designated to work with our team in order to make your day as stress free as possible.
A non-refundable deposit is due upon receiving a signed contract. The deposit will vary depending upon the chosen wedding package and any additional needs. Final payment will be due the day of your event, unless special arrangements have been made with the Sales Manager. We will need a credit card on file to secure the event and overnight lodging.
